For CNS support: 1.200mg Omega3/500mg Vit.C/ 300mg Magnesium-all of these daily.
For helping Insomnia:Seriphos 100mg (Adrenal Support) Herbal tea (Valerian, Linden Flowers, Mint) Melatonin 50mg sublingual.
I am getting SLOWLY better; no doubt about it.

50mgs of melatonin? I used to take 3-5mgs and that would knock me out. How does 50 mgs work for you?

I tried Relora for morning cortisol surge. It worked well, but made me tired and unmotivated and there was a rebound effect which was very unpleasant. I wrote a review of it at the end of a thread on SA here: survivingantidepressants.org/index.php?/topic/1497-relora-for-excess-cortisol/?hl=reloraEarlier this week I tried it again at a quarter of the dose, I opened the capsule and divided it. It worked well, put me back to sleep for 2 hours, but once again I was very tired and unmotivated to do anything for the next few hours. There was no rebound effect from the smaller amount though.
