exactly 3 months off Remiron (SSRI 11 years)
11 days since Lamictal reduction of 10% (from 2 tabs in a.m. + 1/4 tab in p.m. to just the a.m. of 50mg.) (Lamictal about a year and a half going on 2 years)
severe akathisia this morning, skin itching all over, could not sit still, very uncomfortable, even painful, accompanied by anxiety but mostly physical, wanted to jump out of my skin. lasted about an hour until I took my morning Lamictal, some Calms Forte, 1 Melatonin, 1 aspirin.
there are triggers in my life & situation, but they are minor, and basically it seems that my nervous system just can not handle reality, it has these extreme reactions.
p.s. I did not go to Burning Man. got to the gates and decided it would be too much for me.
