Binaural Beats & Isochronic Tones are both forms of brainwave entertainment that could help stimulate the brainwaves and help aid in the treatment of anxiety and depression. Here's a link to a website of Isotones: iso-tones.com/index.php/tonesHere's a link to a website of Binaural Beats: iso-tones.com/index.php/tonesBe warned, as some people are sensitive to these tones in WD. Please tell us about your experiences with these. Personally, in the past, these never really made me anything but tired but now that my brain has been altered, it could have a better effect on me.

I discovered these a couple of years ago when I was in withdrawal, but didn't realize I was in withdrawal. The first time I listened to a free trial version of something from a site called iAwake, I had a very intense experience and it actually scared me. I sent them an email and was advised that my experience wasn't unusual and that I should start slowly.
I ended up buying a program from them which I don't use any more. I can't say either way if it has helped with recovery.
These days I sometimes listen to this kind of thing on youtube for relaxation. But I find some of them too stimulating and they make me feel worse, like more tense and irritated. Its probably worth trying them out and finding ones that help.

Thank you for this experience. I do not find it stimulating at all but yet again, that is out of wd.
