I made a list of mine:
Things that have SUBSTANTIALLY improved since my taper and being off of Zoloft:
Insomnia
Hypnic Jerks
Waking up shaking [mostly]
Floaters [Mostly]
Chest pain
Muscle Twitching [Mostly]
Wanting to be in bed all day
Concentration
Memory Issues [Mostly]
Derealization
Areas that NEED TO SEE MORE IMPROVEMENT:
Anhedonia
PSSD
Sinus Issues [Recently stopped Flonase because it wasn't working]
Getting Words Mumbled Up
There's not a whole lot that needs to be improved but if they were, it would be AMAZING. Even though anhedonia sucks, I am way better off than when I needed to sleep with an iPod in May because I wouldn't stop waking up without shaking and I would wake up 3-4 times a night.

Things that have SUBSTANTIALLY improved since my Paxil cold turkey:
Anhedonia Agoraphobia Suicidal ideas and extreme sadness Anorexia Insomnia Concentration
Areas that NEED TO IMPROVE: Ataxia and lack of balance (Neurological problems) Anxiety (But I have always been very anxious. Now it's just a little bit more) Feeling of being "different" than before the WD and before Paxil.Life is more difficult, everything is more difficult.

Hello Cosette, it is so good to hear from you again. I am glad so many things have improved for you. I've seen some improvements also. I will write about them soon.
Hugs, A.
