Adding Your Med History In Your Signature

In order for us to better gauge your history and help you to the fullest extent, we ask that all members of this forum include their med history in their signature. This can be done by clicking on "Profile" in the upper bar next to "Members", clicking "Edit Profile" in the upper right hand corner of your profile, than clicking "Personal" next to where it says "Avatar" and then scrolling down to the second to last section where it says "Signature" and put your med history there.
